Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation


Due to the hyper-fast nature of our 15-minute delivery model, orders are dispatched almost
immediately after payment is confirmed.
Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order free of charge only if the order has
not yet been accepted and packed by our fulfillment center (usually within 1-2 minutes of
placing the order). Once an order is marked as "Packed" or "Out for Delivery," it cannot be
cancelled.
Cancellation by Xpress Cart: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock
unavailability, service area restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full
refund will be initiated immediately.

Returns & Replacements


We do not accept returns on perishable goods (fresh produce, dairy, bakery items, or opened
tetra packs like Eggeez). However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please
raise an issue within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
To process a replacement or refund for defective items, you must provide a clear photograph of the item along with your order ID.


Refund Process


Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card,
Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account,
depending on your card issuer or bank's processing time.
